What items can I place in the valet trash receptacle?
You can place regular household trash in the provided receptacle. However, please avoid placing hazardous materials, large items, or recyclables in the valet trash bin. Specific guidelines will be provided upon sign-up.

What are the service days and times?

Which days are pick-up days?
- Bag It: Put your trash in the provided valet bags.
- Place It: Set your bag outside your door on the designated days & times around 6:30pm. (Sun - Fri, pick-up will commence at 7pm 8:30pm)
- Relax: Our friendly valet team will handle the rest!
How do I sign up for the service?
Signing up is easy! You can contact us through our website, give us a call, or speak with your property manager. We’ll guide you through the enrollment process and set you up with your valet trash receptacle.
What happens if I miss the pickup time?
If you miss the pickup time, please keep your trash inside until the next scheduled collection. For the safety and cleanliness of your community, refrain from leaving trash outside for extended periods.
